Parking
Hourly Parking: Street parking around the center and throughout downtown is free and limited to 3 hours a day.

Daily Parking: Parking in the deck across from the back of the center is free for the first hour.
After the first hour: $1/per hour; $8/ all day
(This option is ideal if you plan to enjoy Downtown Rome for longer than 3 hours.)

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guided group tours of the history center:
Please contact the museum to schedule your visit if you have a group of 10 or more. Group rates are available.

Georgia's Rome Gift Shop & Welcome Center
The gift shop located inside the Rome Area History Center offers gifts sourced from local artists as well as souvenirs to help you remember your visit.
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are also happy to assist in providing local and regional information on attractions, dining, events and local services.
